2022/23 U-46 Educational Foundation Grant Application
The U-46 Educational Foundation welcomes all grant requests that serve its mission of supporting innovation and enhancing student learning and well-being in U-46. You can read more about U-46 Educational Foundation grants here.
The deadline to apply for a grant is 11:59 p.m. on Friday, September 30th.
All U-46 employees applying for grants must receive both approval for their project idea and confirmation that the project can be completed as described from their principal or supervisor prior to applying. Projects cannot violate FERPA or the IDEA act or any standing District policies.
Grant funds must be used during the 2022/23 school year. Evaluation forms and any receipts or invoices related to awarded grants must be submitted to the Foundation by May 31, 2023. If you are not able to complete your project by May 31, you may request a one-year extension. Extensions must be requested prior to May 31, 2023. Grantees who do not comply with the above conditions will not be awarded grant funding in a subsequent school year.
Employee salaries and food will not be funded. Technology purchases must meet with the approval of the U-46 Information Services Department.
