Their VISION is that students will demonstrate cultural competence and develop high levels of academic and language proficiency.

About the Scholarship

Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded per year, with scoring based on academic proficiency and financial need. Students will also complete a cultural reflection essay as part of the application process. The scholarships may be used toward tuition at any 2- or 4-year university, or trade school.

Ten students from each of the five comprehensive high schools, who meet the Dual Language Portfolio Certification criteria, are encouraged to apply.
